And the answer is "no"
It is not the house for us. (we were outbid)
Back to the wish list, then. And praying that it works out in the right timing and that our marriage is no worse for the wear, our kids are no worse for the adventure and that I don't develop a stomach ulcer thinking about it.
I heard of a woman who had 20 failed bids before she got a house. I'm not sure I'm ready for that much rejection.
