I've started to loose hope in finding a house we can both afford and stand to live in.
Larry's still pounding the internet and pavement. I'll let him. I've had enough.
And, yes- you see the kids go on these adventure with us. And at the end of each adventure we go to the yogurt place where it's self serve frozen yogurt with all the toppings you can imagine. I hope it keeps them from hating it. Right now they seem to think it's an adventure- ohh.. what weird and exotic or annoying animal will we find breeding? What strange hole in the wall can we climb through? What house has a pool we can fish in??
OK. the fish might be an exaggeration ... but only a slight one..

Is your rental house starting to look better and better in comparison?
yeah, you're right- it makes me a bit more grateful that it could have been worse, I guess..
But we're looking for something we can afford and the house we're renting is not budget friendly. (or even close) ;-)
