We went with the older experienced one.
It is listed tomorow and the way they do things here is "call and go" meaning "we're on our way over- vacate now" it's going to take me that long to get kids in shoes, clean clothes and car seats, much less pick up whatever mess we have around. Lord help us.
On the done list:
- Front flower beds mulched - check
- back and front yard mowed- check
- decks powerwashed - check
- Boat listed for sale, it's been visited once, but no buyer yet
- more stuff to goodwill/foodbank/others
- Build front step so the step up is less than 2 feet
- put closet doors back up in kids room
- sweep up the mulch mess from the driveway
- move trailers where they're not seen easily or at least where the perspective buyers might think they belong to someone else
- get truck inspected
- pray that it passes the first time
- pray I don't get pulled over until I get it inspected since it's expired already
- have fun entertaining 4 kids in an auto repair place with snacks and toys that won't be nearly as interesting as the tire display that will call them to come climb and play on it.
And on the normal daily stuff:
- feed kids
- clean up after kids
- a ton of laundry
- change diapers
- feed kids
- clean up after kids
- more diapers
- clean kids
- break up fights
- run a business
- loose and find the keys to the truck at least 2x
It is now t-minus 10 days until Larry's last day and we start the final packing and T minus 17 days til we drive off into the sunset.
And here I am wasting precious time I need to be cleaning/organizing/decluttering..
Oh, and that wait list- We're back down to #9.
